Home Vision International Ltd Trading as ‘Home Vision Blinds’

  1. This quotation valid for 30 days.
  2. All blinds are made ‘square’ and no responsibility is taken for out of square windows.
  3. Clients are responsible for removing existing window treatments or a surcharge may apply
  4. Colours and weaves may vary from sample.
  5. This order is a binding contract between the parties.
  6. Every effort is made to complete the contract in the estimated time, however no responsibility can be taken for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  7. Deposit to be paid before work can commence and payment of balance is strictly C.O.D unless prior arrangement is made.
  8. Subject to availability of product at time of order.
  9. It is understood that installation dates given at quoting are an approximation unless prior arrangement has been made.
  10. Installation is usually done during normal business hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please arrange access accordingly.
  11. Should the client deny access to the site for the purpose of installation
    (a) The account becomes payable in full in 7 days
    (b) Once paid, Home Vision Blinds will store the goods at no cost to the customer for a maximum of three months
  12. In the event of this account being placed in a debt collection agency for formal demand, all collection fees and disbursements shall be a debt due and owing by the client.
  13. Delay of payment unauthorised by Home Vision Blinds will incur a 5% penalty per month.
  14. Where 20” of the month credit is given, the account must be paid by the due date or else a 10% penalty will be implemented.
  15. Once this order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
  16. Deposit indicates acceptance of Conditions of sale.
  17. Blinds remain the property of Home Vision Blinds until fully paid.
  18. By signing these Condition of sale, you are agreeing to use the information provided, to obtain information regarding your credit history via a third party credit agency if necessary.
  19. Limitation of Liability. In no event will Home Vision Blinds Ltd be liable for costs, expenses, or damages in connection with the sale in excess of the Purchase Price of the Products. Where the Products include multiple items or units, the liability shall be limited to the price of the individual item.
  20. For Customers that Require Shipping of our Blinds: We only use signature required courier delivery for our blinds.  Please inspect your blinds before you sign “received in good condition”.  If you fail to inspect the goods, we will not be responsible for refunding or repairing blinds damaged during transportation. For packages that looks damaged, please ask courier to send it back to Home Vision Blinds and notify us by e-mail.  Any claims for damaged goods will take up to 14 working days to replace. Full Payment will need to be received and cleared in our bank account before we can start the manufacturing process for any orders that requires shipping.

 

Warranty

Home Vision Blinds offers a 5 year warranty (T&C applies).

This Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alterations, motorised devices, normal wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect to cleaning or maintenance.

Reverse roll Roller blinds are not covered, in the warranty for fabric fraying.

Blinds needs to be returned to our Auckland office for any repair or service under the Warranty period.  It will be customer’s responsibility to send the blind back to Home Vision, if it is a manufacturing fault we will courier out the replacement blind at our cost, if its deemed fault by misuse or as mentioned in our T&C, the customer will be liable for courier costs.

We will endeavor to color match or find similar components for repair and replacement however, we can not guarantee the exact same color match will be available at the time of the repair or replacement.

This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or components which are of manufacturer’s fault.

Warranty is not transferable, our product warranty only applies to the original purchaser of our blinds.
